In The Crunch

April 2000

The following bike shops supported the CMBA by funding the Calgary Herald advertisement regarding the proposed Nose Hill Trail Closures. Bet some of you read it. Without these shops Aldermen would not have heard how people really felt about trail access/closures in Nose Hill Park. These guys were asked to give a $200 minimum and we are happy to say that some shops went well above that.

It is great that 95% of the shops in town support trail access in Nose Hill.

If it weren't for Gary at QNB Creative that article would never have made it to the Calgary Herald. Thanks Gary for donating your time, services and coming through when we needed you. P.S. send him some work (230-3630) and tell him CMBA sent ya.
