Membership

Riding - There are individuals and groups that want to stop you from cycling in the Kananaskis, Bragg Creek and City of Calgary's natural areas. CMBA has been and will continue to be the voice of reason to keep as many of trails open for cycling as possible.
Education - CMBA is very active in educating riders and the public in user impacts on natural areas, trail etiquette, sustainable trail development and environmental protection. This is a growing and important part of our mandate.
Making it Better - CMBA believes in putting back more than you take. We are very active in education; trail maintenance and the creation and development of environmentally sensitive, sustainable trail networks.

Basic - free
So all you want is to be notified of the issues and upcoming events including trail days and social activities? Simply add your name to the email list on the bottom right side of the home page and you are done.
CMBA Contributor - $20.00 / year
You want to help CMBA in its cause in and around Calgary. We thank you. For this you will receive our eternal gratitude and invitation to special events along with our brand new, custom CMBA bicycle key chain/bottle opener (while supplies last, colour may vary).
IMBA/CMBA Big Wheel - $45.00 / year
Be a Big Wheel and show your support for Calgary and mountain bikers everywhere. Along with the Contributor benefits listed above, this includes an associate IMBA Canada membership (value: $40) with a free pair of IMBA Canada socks, IMBA newsletter and IMBA window stickers. These will be mailed to you directly from IMBA Canada.
Business, Organization or Group - $150.00 / year
For those shops, businesses and groups in and around Calgary that would like to be acknowledged to the CMBA membership in emails and at events. All email to CMBA members will include a list of the supporters in this category.

All memberships expire April 30th, 2010. The sooner you get yours the better value it is.
