 No.  Google the reviews.  

It's rare for a "factory" wheel to be better than something a decent wheelbuilder [at your LBS] will create for you.  You can also build your own: http://miketechinfo.com/new-tech-wheels-tires.htm.  It's not rocket surgery - even I can do it.
