Nose Hill - The Shocking Truth
This is the same Nose Hill trail map, but we have re-worded the legend to distinguish trails banned to cyclists.

This seems pretty innocuous until you include the undesignated trails that are banned to cyclists but remain open to pedestrians.
To better illustrate this, we have scanned part of the original map from Parks & Recreation and colored the undesignated (dotted red) trails according to MAC's declared management strategy.
This is the original map from Parks & Recreation:

The dotted red trails do not show up on the main Nose Hill map, but if we color them according to MAC's declared management strategy, we get:

- Bikes are banned from all but the red and purple trail.
- Pedestrians have unrestricted access to all trails except the green one.
Closing the green trail to pedestrians is obviously no big deal given their choice of alternate routes.
