Some information (such as your name and address) is gathered when you join CMBA. Members automatically receive our printed newsletter. If you do not wish to receive email correspondence or telephone contact, do not provide us with that information. You may also email or phone us to ask to have your email address and/or phone numbers removed from our database.

As a general rule, we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to any third party except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
