If not, check out Foothills Nordic Ski Club's website. The COP Nordic Park menu includes information about the vision for a new Nordic Park, the steps the cross-country ski community will have to work through to realize the vision, facts about cross-country skiing in Calgary and some photos from COP.

Beautiful Day for International Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day

IMBA

What do you get when you combine kids, mountain biking, beautiful weather, great trails and a BBQ?  You get the 2010 Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day held on October 2nd.  Attended by upwards of 50 adults and kids and sponsored by several local bike shops, it was an ideal day to enjoy what Fish Creek Park had to offer.  Many CMBA members were in attendance along with new friends and a few riders who stopped in to see what was happening including a scout group of 10 that happen to be out riding for the day.
