The 2025 construction season is well underway on the Jumped Up Loops project.  In the last month, volunteers have already added over 150m of new bench-cut trail on the upper half of Solo Hill at the east end of Ten Years Gone.  And later this month, the crew from Lifetime Outdoor will be back with their machines to build the western Jumped Up Loop, to the west of Kashmir. The whole project will hopefully be complete by the end of July!

Coming up soon, we’re holding a couple of trail-days with BBQs afterward generously sponsored by Calgary bike shops (Bow Cycle and Calgary Cycle). We also have a couple of private trail-days with volunteers from Cochrane firms (Garmin & West Fraser).  Hopefully, with the support of these local businesses, we’ll have enough volunteers to finally finish cutting the last 300 metres of trail that we were only able to rake-and-ride last year.
